Jim, avert your eyes
Went to the Pride in the Streets event of Pittsburgh Pride last night, and it was super fun. At first I thought $5.00 a drink was a huge ripoff, when I thought all they'd have is beer and stuff, but it turns out that, no, they had actual liquor, so I was all up on the five dollar vodka and tonics. And they didn't skimp on the alcohol, either. I got a vodka and orange juice from this one lady and I swear to god she poured vodka into that cup for five minutes straight. Despite the five dollar drinks I didn't get as drunk as I was expecting because it was really fucking hot in Pittsburgh last night and I was worried I'd get sick because I hadn't eaten all day.
I made a new friend, Liz (Jim you can read this part: she was beautiful and straight and I was gonna give her your number but then she ended up being only 20 sorry) who did wonders for my self esteem by constantly calling me hot and telling me she wished that either I wasn't gay or she was a dude. Then she tried to hook me up with this guy but he wimped out and didn't text so whatever, that happens sometimes.
Anyway, Deborah Cox was there and I don't really know who that is but apparently she had ten number one hits or something? She was really good and also pretty so it was all okay. It was fun times all around and I am sad that I'm not going to the thing today because I can't find a way into Pittsburgh.
