PVSC

First off, thank you to all those responding to my last post. I appreciated it.

Now to the fun stuff. Another Scooter rally in the Books. The PVSC camping rally is neck and neck with Niagara as my favorite rally. For me it started on Thursday when I began my journey to Toronto, Ohio via scooter. I was forced to use Sharon's stock 100 sport since mine took a shit recently. I think I'll do this ride every year, as the Kangirl Memorial Ride. Anyways, the first day led me to Clarion, PA. The trip was 400 miles which included 1 flat tire & 60 miles of drenching rain totaling 13 hours riding time. The second day left only 120 miles to go, now with backup since Sharon met me in clarion for the night. At about 90 miles in, I got another flat tire. This one while pulling over to let the cars pass me, I pulled in a nail. Bought a tire patch because who carries 2 spare tires. About 10 miles down the road the patch fails. No hardware store sold slime, so we settled for fix-a-flat. With that every 7 or so miles we had to refill the tire, making day testing. With 5 miles to go and nothing near, Sharon tells me "Fuck it, just ride the rims." I however suggested she try the camp site to see if anyone had a spare tire. No, one had a small frame tire so she brought back fix-a-flat. 3 more fill ups and I made it. 522 miles on a bike topping out at 45 downhill.

The rally was great. Really warm the first night, with lots of drinking and dancing as per usual. That evening saw Sharon on her first naked ride, doing laps around the football field. We skipped the ride on Saturday, even thought Gene & Andrea did bring me extra tubes for the tire. We got fried to a crisp, as did just about everyone. The games were very entertaining, the best of any rally i have been to. Saturday night was particularly cold, but that stopped few from wrestling in a huge pool of ramen noodles. More drinking then off to bed.

After an 7.5 hour ride home on sunday, it was back to reality. Great time, if not a little under described.
