so, last night, i go home my usual late night way...
blue night bus up yonge street to steeles, and cab from yonge and steeles to leslie and steeles. the cab costs roughly $7.50.
so, if you know that area, you'd know that Bayview and Steeles is rougly half way.
if you don't know the area, it's like going from Bathurst and queen to University and Queen, with Spadina half way. make sense.
anyways, we get to Bayview, and the meter says $7.75.
wha???????
so i say to the driver "there's no way i'm paying double the normal rate for this cab ride"
so, doing his best "soup nazi" impression, he goes "fine! yonge and steeles for you" and peels a u-turn.
i open the door and go to jump out, and he nails the gas, my legs, now being dragged down steeles avenue.
me: "stop the fucking car"
fucking doodbox: "you no reep me off!"
me: "stop the fuckling car, or i'll make you fucking stop it" (i'm so hard)
fucking doodbox: "no, you try reep off!"
so i proceed to get my arm around his throat, from benhind the driver's seat, kinda like a headlock, with a seat between us. and i squeeze, until he stops the motherfucking car.
at this point i have quie a bit of pressure on his throat, and he's having trouble breathing.
with my lightening fast reflexes, i use my other hand to dial 911 on my phone.
the cops show up within what seemed like seconds.
apparently, i used "self-defense" and it wasn't assault.......but.......
what i didn't realize was that a lot of Markham cabs DO NOT have cameras inside, so none of this was caught on tape, but they took my word for what happenned.
so now, i am charging this shitfuck with assault.
the one cop said i could try for attempted murder, but it would be a stretch.
the fucking doodbox tried to say that i was trying to rob him.

ya, i'm gonna rob you, then I'M going to call the cops?
