The Confessions of El Gato comic was about how El Gato was framing you to make it look like you drank all of Melty's Mt. Dew.

Oh man, my scanner has been broken for years.
Gato often tried to frame me for things. It was annoying.
Once Melty dropped a bunch of change on the bathroom floor and Gato stole it and put it in my pocket. Then he had the audacity to cut out small pieces of paper with crappy portraits of Washington on them to try to fool Melty
