My Mom's movie list.
So. my mom didn't want to to miss out on all the movie quote guessing fun and sent this to Corey and I. She could have posted it in her journal, but she doesn't have that many innernet frenz. Corey and I couldn't guess any of these (though i do have some guesses. I'll put them in the first comment so you guys can have a chance to guess on your own.)
1. You've never even read Moby Dick. B) Ok, so I'll check it out now, is this the whale section?

3. Facing this stuff in real life is not like school. In school, if you make a mistake you can just try again tomorrow, but out there, when you're a second away from being murdered or watching a friend die right before your eyes... you don't know what that's like.
4. I want 600 pairs of shoes and 1200 pairs of socks... and anything else you've been holding out on us, you piece of rat filth!
5. They're either married or gay. And if they're not gay, they've just broken up with the most wonderful woman in the world, or they've just broken up with a bitch who looks exactly like me. They're in transition from a monogamous relationship and they need more space. Or they're tired of space, but they just can't commit. Or they want to commit, but they're afraid to get close. They want to get close, you don't want to get near them.

8. Oh, no, why don't you just take a picture of Grace in front of that picture of me with that box with the picture of me on the box holding the picture of me with the picture of me? Then you've got Grace, and you've got a whole bunch of pictures of me.
9. Did you just say you were a fast cook? Are we to believe that boiling water soaks into a grit faster in your kitchen than any place on the face of the earth?
10. Good! Please to remain absolutely good behaved so that this man, marksman of prize winning caliber, will not have the necessity of shooting you to small pieces
11. The speedometer on her car showed that she'd driven ninety-four miles. Where did she go? I've got to know, Scottie, where she goes and what she does before I get involved with doctors.
12. I set dinner on the dining room sideboard at 6. You can serve yourselves. I clear up in the morning. I have breakfast for you at 9. I don't wait on people. I don't stay after I set out the dinner, not after it begins to get dark. I leave before the dark comes.
