Went to work on Friday, got lift home from efbq who immediately went to gaming with theinstitute, dropping off Kid-1 at a friend's on the way. Friday following Kid-1's inaugural game of the season (2-0 win for us) was a family crisis with Kid-2. Won't go into details, but it's one of those things that you don't want to face as a parent. It makes you feel like a failure, quickly.
