Health update
Yes, efbq was in the hospital briefly last night. A few somewhat scary moments, and some on-the-fly transportation arrangements, but in the end, the diagnosis was a urinary tract infection, for which she's received some antibiotics and specialized pain medication (which we couldn't get last night, as all the pharmacies were closed, so it was kind of a late morning here).
Much thanks and love to werewulf for helping with the transport and muzikmaker21 for the assistance and the concern. efbq and I are heading to her mom's shortly.
Oh, great. Kid-1 just came in and she's fallen off her bike. Scraped up. More later.
EDITED, 27 July, 0345: efbq getting better but still a bit fragile. crazieabby is fine after some ointment and a band-aid or two and protested loudly at even that.
