Request for the masses (of the unusual variety)

Does anyone (perhaps theatre folks?) know where I can lay my hands on a cigarette tray? You know, as in the one that an attractively clad girl would have strapped to her while making her way through a loud, smoky night club, hawking cigarettes to the customers, as would have been done 40 or 50 years ago?

EDIT: Believe it or not, I'm asking because I am thinking of turning one into a portable laptop tray.
