Weekend-long efbq birthday celebration was lots and lots of fun, especially the kazoos. (Couldn't have planned that better, which is doubly good, since I didn't...!) Only bad news of the time came last night, as I was about to settle down a bit, as my external HD began doing the plink-plink-plink rattle that indicates EOL-whether-you-like-it-or-not-fanboy. Fortunately the Boys in Blue have a sale on Western Digital, which I will take advantage of.
Interview in about an hour in Baltimore, which I'm not too enthusiastic about, but sometimes these things can surprise you. Tonight I'll be lobbying my Delegate and State Senator in Annapolis. Tomorrow is work at the GP office in DC, a conference call, and hopefully doubling back to do trivia night at Frisco (record so far: 2 wins, 1 second-place finish in 3 tries. Hooo-ee! Both wins came with just me and ratravarman, so please come and handicap us for the sake of the other patrons in the pub.)
