My parents arrive in this timezone in less than 12 hours.

So yeah, they are going to a conference in Ohio from Wed-Friday. Then they will be headed up here to Detroit, and they will be staying with Ryan and I over the Weekend. I figured I'd be nice and say they could just stay at our place insted of getting another hotel; although I am now thinking that was a bad Idea. I am looking forward to seeing them though, just for the fact that they will see Ryan and I in our world, and have to deal with it. They are very OK with the whole thing of Ryan and I, but I think this will really hit home, and make things a lot better in the long run. They love Ryan like a son (probably more than they love me come to think), so this visit will be nice, and maybe we'll end up going shopping or something, and we'll get some shit paid for by my rich mom. Yeah, see now I'm making myself feel better, maybe this won't be so bad after all.... Yeah...
