ho-hum

Well, class was cancelled. But I was late to begin with, so I had to park in the farthest parking lot, walk across campus and down two flights of stairs to find that out. Plus on my way, Mark stopped me and asked if I could give a mini speech of thanks to the board of trustees who supported us going on our Kansas City trip. So if class wasn't cancelled, I would have been REALLY late. (Mark is really long winded.)
And on top of that, I fractured my baby toe Sunday. Max caught me off balance and I fell on it and twisted...not good. It's so ugly! It's purple and REALLY swollen, and it hurts. Bridget has this pair of brown shoes that usually has too much toe room for me...but they fit now! AND I had to use two feet on the break pedal just to be able to apply enough pressure to stop! *sigh* Fun stuff.
Anyway, I just felt like grumbling.
My Ad. comp class has me doing this huge research paper which requires a minimum of 50 resources-books, on-line journals, print journals, and my own field research. AND he assigned us the theory to practice paper which also requires field research-on tutoring. yay.
And then I have four articles due for my intro. journ. class, and the usual editing and page layout for the Agora...I'm feeling really swamped right now.
And I was getting ready to schedule my next semester's classes...I have to take two science and a math. Statistics...what was I thinking when I wanted to be a journalist?! Blah. But I need them to graduate and go to BYU. I haven't had math or science since my senior year! Blah again.
Speaking of BYU, I have to apply like, this week if I don't want to get put on a waiting list.
Well, thanks for letting me gripe.
