Two more
weeks until the
Blackberry 8120 comes out on
T-Mobile, and it's about time if you ask
me. T-Mobile was the first
U.S. carrier to have the
first generation Pearl, the 8100, back in Q4
2006. Now, they are the absolute last, coming in behind
Verizon,
Sprint,
AT&T, and even
U.S. Cellular! They're not even a
nationwide company!
The only
downside is that I will have the device anywhere from
two to
four weeks from the
release date, as
T-Mobile Special Account Care tends to be a little on the
slow side when it comes to shipping devices to its
employees.

About a week and a
half ago, I sent my
2nd gen Zune in for
repairs (yes, I bought a Zune,
click for pics). A week prior, I
accidentally dropped it from about
five feet up from the ground, and it fell on
Jenny's cold, hard
tile floor, rendering the screen
useless. After having absolutely no
luck finding a replacement LCD on
eBay for an
inexpensive price, I filed a
warranty exchange, and
I was told that they were going to repair the device for me.
I was walking out of my
townhouse this
morning to go to
class, and the
FedEx guy is stopped by my
street. I didn't think much of it because I didn't order anything on
eBay. Lo and behold, a
brand new Zune Originals in brand new packaging. Although now I have
two Zune Originals boxes, posters, headphones, and USB cables, that's damn
good customer service.
you better
believe the
invisible shield is going on that mother fucker asap i
swear i could drop an
ipod like 50 times before it
shits out on me
