I've gotten 3 overdraft fees in the past week, because I guess the deposits I've been making weren't deposited soon enoughIt doesn't help my financial situation when each fee is $33

oy they fucked me over hardcore...i overdrew and didn't know because i used it as a visa, and i didn't know so i got overdraft fee on my overdraft hahah i closed that account right quick, but i bitched at them and they took 2 of the overdraft fees off. good luck!

National City fcuked me over too on my checking, I switched to Bank One (now Chase), and never had a problem.

When I overdrafted (twice) at Bank One on my checking, I made a phone call, told them I have money in it now, just couldn't get money cleared in time, they reversed all fees in less than 5 minutes, and everything was cool. In fact, I found out that they're allowed to do that like three times in one quarter I think.

The thing with Chase is that I don't have a job anymore, so I can't really direct deposit any money and I'm not the best at keeping a minimum balance (in order to waive monthly fees), so it's totally out of the question for me. That sounds pretty sexy though; I wish TCF would do that for me.

oh and the nearest branch is 22mi from my college apt. that kind of hinders things
