new phone
I took a trip to the Sprint Store with my dad after semi-convincing him that I needed a new phone (anyone that's seen my phone or even tried to hold a conversation with me knows how much of a piece of utter shit it was) and came out with a handy dandy new one.
Which brings me to my next point: apparently the Sprint-Nextel merge has been completed. I'm not so sure what that means for me, but I first took notice when I was redirected to sprint.com rather than the normal sprintpcs.com. Instead of the normal white/red, it's the black/yellow Nextel colors. Fun.
Anyway, I'm extremely happy with the purchase. IMO, it's one of the better valued phones that Sprint has out right now. And it's damn sexy.
One gripe that I do have (and this goes with any and all of Sprint's phones) is the lack of sim card technology. The lady was kind enough to print out 4.5 pages worth of phone numbers taken from my old phone. I'm about halfway through.

I've been going through the ol' CD changer in the Lexus and I stumbled upon MCS's first CD, "I Am the Movie." It brought back a lot of memories from my trip to New York with jvergara. It's one of the few albums that constantly made its way to my ears. Had I the webspace, I'd share it with everyone. It's a good listen if you're into that whole pop-alternative-punkish stuff.
