103 degrees....
Yes, that's what I said, 103 degrees today! YUCK! It's still about that temperature inside of my apartment, and that's not an exaggeration. My place gets way too hot. We've got three fans in the living room, which is also where the bed is right now as the bedroom is about 5 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I have no idea why that is.
So - today I went to lunch with my sister in law and my niece. After that we went to Party City in Carmel Mountain because the one in El Cajon super sucks. Got stuff for Sierra's birthday party. I'm still a little bummed that I'm going to miss it, but not really because she got suckered into having a joint party with another bratty kid. We'll be in Alaska at that time. Then we went back to the in laws to sit in the A/C because niether one of us have it. Played Skip Bo and ate pizza. Robert went to the Padre's game. OH - I found out that Andrea actually isn't a virgin. I thought for sure she was. But she did mention that it's been about 6 years since she's been with anyone. I can't imagine going that long without sex. But she says it's just not important to her. I wonder if she has a vibrator? I dunno, I didn't ask. She also said something that really made me confirm the lesbian theory. She said that she thought that most men were jerks because she grew up with four brothers and when they were young their dad treated their mom bad. So - I think that she's just a man hater. And someday, she'll admit to everyone that she's a lesbian.
Thursday through Saturday I will be at my in laws house sitting for them. Good for me because I am bringing ALL of my laundry over there to get it all washed. That way everything will be clean before we go on vacation. It should also give us a chance to clean up their couch before we take it. I don't really want it becuase it's not in very good condition really, but it's better than the stinky couch that we've got, and I can always use throw blankets to cover up the bad parts on it. So - I guess that's all for now. I'm going to peel myself off the chair and go take a really cold shower and then try to go to bed, but I don't think that I'm going to be very successful.
