Buffy and I made it back to her house and I found it to be empty when we came inside. I glanced in the kitchen and still found no one. Sighing, I walked back into the living room and shrugged.
"Hopefully, they've found something and that's why no one is here yet."
We sure had found out a few things. It hadn't really been what we had been expecting to find, but then again what exactly had we been expecting? Apparently, there had been some god named Lyriso who thought that bring Sunnydale back was a good idea. Whoever the god was he seemed to think that bringing an entire town back would bring all of us together again - and it did. There was myself, Buffy, Spike, Faith, Illyria, Connor, and everyone else back here. The vampire we had found said that all the champions of this world would die and that this god Lyriso would live.
Sighing, I looked at Buffy and thought about all that we'd done tonight. There was the obvious where we'd gone demon searching. First the bar and then the graveyard. But there had been some talking about things from the past. Connor being the biggest topic of discussion. It had taken a lot out of me to tell her everything, but it was something I needed and wanted to do. For what I could tell I think she understood and accepted it all, but only time would tell.
After looking around a couple rooms we met again in the living room and I looked at her, smiling a bit. "Well, you could always go shower while we wait."
[Open to Buffy and whoever decides to come back to the house]
