yep that's right !@#$%es this is an update. wellp i did some pushups and crunches today and i must say that breathing during excercise does sound QUITE a bit sexual. Well anyway, I'm on my way to abs of steel and guns of... satan, satan? what the fuck?! okay goodbye.
