How in the hell did it get to be the freakin' week of Christmas? I don't get why this year has flown by so fast, but it certainly has! I am pretty much ready, I think. Most of the presents (except for maybe 2) are wrapped and hidden in my closet. We have breakfast planned for my house for Christmas morning with my parents and then Christmas dinner ( ... )

Saturday night was fun - it didn't turn out at all like we had planned, but it worked out well enough. The babysitter was here late - we went to the AHA event and then went out to dinner, did a little shopping and then came home. I was so tired. It's been a long time since I have stayed out until 1 a.m.

We are home from TN. We got in yesterday afternoon and I have been too exhausted to really touch the computer much. Bruce's Dad is doing ok - he had a serious blockage in his main coronary artery and had to have a stent. The surgery went fine, but during recovery his heart rate dropped below 16 and he ended up with a straight shot of atropine to ( ... )

So, I went shopping today and found three decorative pillows that match my comforter set. Now I really think it's cute! I am so glad I spent that $20 for the pillows, it makes such a huge difference. I also cleaned the bathrooms today and caught up laundry at the last minute here tonight. I figured I would just do it tomorrow since Dakota is headed ( ... )

I cannot tell you how much I love these pictures! They turned out so cute and I am SO glad we decided to pick up the aprons and the little baker hats when we were at the store and caught sight of them.
