Finally
I finally have the internet at my new house, which by the way continues to be amazing - hurrah! Seriously, all I did yesterday was go shopping, watch Pokemon, watch more Pokemon then watch Big Brother and eat ice cream, it's great.
I've done four days in Forbidden Planet now, and it's really cool. The work is kind of boring, I'm just on the tills, so it's not demanding at all, but it's easy and everyone I work with is really nice, I get 30% off everything as well!
There are downsides - today I got called angel, sweetheart and love by varying middle aged men, which was a bit creepy. I did get flirted with by two cute geeks though, so that makes up for it.
Other than that not much has happened, though I did go to the Tate Modern with Ian the other day, there are two whole rooms of Victorian paintings, which was utterly amazing, though it was slightly embaressing that I was nearly in tears standing in front of The Lady of Shalott by John William Waterhouse. I've always loved it, but I wasn't quite prepared for how amazing it is in real life :|
