Basic Law and Practical Application
Basic Law < >>> Practical Application
We must test practical applications of Noema, as imperfect beings it is impossible to determine apodictic laws, but practical applications of them are possible. Through testing P.A., we narrow down the possibility of a basic law. We must then move from a practical approach to the logical basic foundation.
B.L. > The Existence of Something >(The ability of Something to be a force which acts upon all other things)> What Initiates and Causes this Thing that Exists to Act upon it's surroundings <> Practical Basis <> Practical Application
OR Once you understand the Concepts
B.L. > The existence of Something >(The ability of this something to be a force)> What Initiates <> Practical Basis <> Practical Application
Now, by Basic Law I mean that which is the structure within all things can fall under. Perhaps synonymous with the universe, everything, or God, depending on your interpretation of the greatest possible structure.
The next level in a progression of Being is the actual existence of something... This existing thing is so basic that it can only be understand in itself and of itself, there is nothing that causes it nor is there anything that has the power or Will to act upon on.
This Existing Force must have the ability to act upon everything around it accompanying it within the B.L., because the fact that it Necessarily exists and the fact that it is a force compels it to do so.
The next level of Being is the actual Cause of the force applied to it's surroundings and the effects there of. In this category you would see consequences forming in the aftermath such as the dispersion of energy, new types of Being, and different formats and paradigms for this Being to exist.
Finally, we can create a Practical Basis, which is very important to human beings. The P.B. is the thing that makes sentience possible, it is the formation and collaboration of the results of the previous level of Being. It is the actual physical laws of the universe.
From there we have to look backwards from the P.A., because this is our starting point as humans. We exist between the P.B. and the P.A.
A few notes, Non-sentient material formed in the Practical Basis MUST interpret changes in environment and existence. Sentience MUST also by nature submit to the laws applied within the P.B. However, the fact remains that for humans there is nothing practical about anything that exists in a State of Being previous to, Higher than, or more Simple than the P.B. Since we cannot use any of these States of Being practically, they become unnecessary for us. If something is not necessary, then it has no reason to exist, and therefore it does not exist. These States of Being exist before the application of the level of Being at P.B., however we exist between P.B. and P.A. and as such have no method of attaining any sort of reciprocal relationship within anything Higher, Simpler, or Before P.B.
The question that plagues humans is the question of what initiates the Practical Basis and What gives shape to Natural Law. Simply, What Initiates? For it is logical to assume that there is a Basic Law dictating existence, that at the very least something must exist within that basic law, that the existence of said Substance is able to amount Force upon it's surroundings, and that by doing so it Initiates the Practical Basis of the universe, also known as Natural Law.
However, notice in the figure that while from P.A. we can attain P.B., we are disillusioned from finding what Initiates because we live within the P.B., while what Initiates does not. What initiates has a reciprocal relationship with P.B., but P.A. does not, because P.A. is governed strictly by P.B. while P.B. comes directly from What Initiates. In other words, the Practical Application of Existence is governed by a Practical Basis, and as it is governed by it, it can have a relationship with only the Basis which allows it to Exist because it is only within the Basis that it Exists, and not next to the Basis as an equal, but eternally subservient.
What Initiates is not subservient to P.B., and while P.B. is subservient to What Initiates, it always exists within the Basic Law, and by default it has a similarity to the First Substance so long as you account for the effects and changes caused by What Initiates. In the same sentiment, you may find the existence of a relationship between What Initiates and the Practical Basis, if you know what the Practical Basis is, however, you are governed by the laws of P.B. and as such cannot attempt to Move any further on the chain of Being in regards to knowledge. While our level of Being contains a similarity to the first Force/Substance, we are fundamentally separated from the Nature of the Substance, as What Initiates fundamentally changes the relationship between the Practical Basis and what came before it in theory.
