Little One
Its 2:16 am, and I am driving home from Nicole's house and I nearly hit a little rabbit that was crossing the road, and I swirved and honked my horn just in time to save it's life. Here's a little something that rushed through my blood as the event happened...live by it:
.tonight.I.decided.your.fate.little.one.
.and.I.chose.for.you.to.live.
.live.your.life.wisely.
To a little rabbit that I nearly hit comming up Hubbs Ave., the hill going towards my house.
As i was walking into my house either it, or another one was just sitting next to my door, and didnt move.
So it made me think
I changed the entire life of a rabbit
I could have killed the 1000s of rabbits that were yet to be the offSpring of this rabbit.
but i was able to swirve and not hit it, and saved its life
and now i may have taught that rabbit something, and changed its life
maybe it was a bad rabbit that used to go around eating peoples flowers just to annoy them.
but now he will look at life in a new way
the next meal he has will be the best meal of his life,
as well as the sleep that he will have tonight.
He beat death, so he can rest safely tonight,
thinking that he can live another day.
These were all of the feelings that rushed through my veins during the split second that this event occured in.
Who knows, maybe this will not change the little rabbits mind about life, or maybe it will just appreciate things in a different way.

I dont know, silly little things make a sudden change in my life and make me rethink things that are going on and makes me appreciate things a lot more also. Everyone open your eyes, because all the decisions that you make, not only effect you life, but the lives of 1000s others [if not more] around you.
