I Really Should Be Working But...

This weekend was a good one.  LOVED my massage on Friday, even if it wasn't with my usual technician.  I'll have to e-mail her to let her know she was missed.  The massage was well needed as it had been a rough week and I had taken a call from the UK from my client about s document that wasn't sent to me therefore I could not log.  He was very nice about the whole situation, but I was just fusturated about the whole ordeal because, that's how I am, it's what I do.

I spent way too much time at the hair dressers, WAY TOO MUCH TIME, but bumped into an old high school classmate who was going for the first time.  We had a few hours to catch up (told you it was TOO MUCH TIME).  I finally got my wedding up do, had enough time to race to the cleaners to pick up my dress, and then dashed to my moms to pick her and Sonja up and then head to my SILs for my nephews 2nd birthday party.  We lingered at my mom's place getting accessories for the wedding and wasting time until I had to pick a friend up at the airport at midnight.  Whew!  Both Sonja and I were whipped by the end of the day.

Sunday we got caught in the rainstorm and could not make it to the supermarket of choice as the roads were flodded and impassable.  So, we had to backtrack (and pray that we didn't get flooded out) to head to our local PathMark.  This was the first shopipng trip I've made since school let out.  Between the travel and the fact that Sonja had breakfast and lunch provided for the month of July there wasn't a real need for me to go shopping.  However, camp started today for Sonja and now I'm back on breakfast and lunch duty.  It does feel good to have a stocked fridge and pantry, even if it did cost me an arm and a leg.  I am back to bringing breakfast and lunch, which will do well for my wallet and waistline.
