Back Again

So, I thought I had the shower issue solved....just a few cracks in the old tile floor.  Filled them in with silicone and that was that.  Or at least I was hoping and praying that would solve the problem.  Because you see my dear peeps, the bathroom in my room has no trouble door.  Yes, there is no way to access the pipes in the bathroom unless you cut a hole in the ceiling in the living room.....which is what the builders did as I can see there patch job when I sit in my oversized chair.  So, my next course of action will to actually call a plumber to stop by and see what the problem is....at this point it may be one of the fixtures.

Now I'm not sure what is all going to be involved here....but if part of the ceiling does have to come down....how much will it cost to replace?  The joys of homeownership, right?  Just another chapter to add to the book...there is always trrouble when no trouble door can be found.
