so...i'm giving some serious thought to one of my recent entries, where i was whining (surprise surprise) about my lack of schooling, and desperate desire to become a student again...
i've decided that i'm going to apply to the graduate program at CSULB. i have until roughly july 1st (and i've got lots of research to do...) to apply for fall 2007. if i chicken out, i'll wait until spring 2008, but i'm going to do this shit. i'm sick of being under-qualified for jobs that i know i could/can/will do well.
i'm thinking about a MS in counseling, and a certificate (whole separate sha-bang) as a career guidance specialist (educational psychology, administration, and counseling), or in community college (educational psychology, administration, and counseling).
so, i'm stoked. i hope i follow through on this, because as of right now, i'm totally game, because i've forgotten the woes of student-life...i've never schooled while working full time, so this might be quite a feat.
eeeek a thesis!
