Appearance: Inazuma basic look is similar as both a man and a woman. On his left side, s/he has orange hair while on his right side he has white hair and a lighting bolt like scar going past his eye. He often is in a jaunty pose and holding a glass of wine in his left hand.
As a woman, she tends to wear her glasses on top of her forehead. Her face is more rounded along with having a curvy body shape. As a man, he wears his glasses like a normal pair of glasses and has a square face/body shape.
Abilities: Inazuma is a devil-fruit user, more specifically of the Choki-Choki no Mi (The Snip-Snip Fruit) which allows him to turn any part of his body into a pair of scissors (of seemingly any size) and cut any object and manipulate it as if it were nothing more than paper while it retains its original density. For example, he could cut the floor (still leaving some floor) flip it up and throw it at someone/thing. He is very skilled in this ability, being able to pick locks with it, cut through stone and still be able to hold a wine-glass with the ability invoked without harming the glass. A trope the Devil-Fruits follow is that clothes are affected so their abilities won't destroy their clothes when invoked- thus could explain how his jacket as a male is form fitting as a female.
But this also come with a weakness, he is helpless/useless in standing water (such as a pond/the ocean but not moving water like rain). If he is at least half submerged in water his Devil-Fruit abilities will be canceled out and will be drained of all strength to near paralyzation.
Other than that, Inazuma has shown to be a good physical fighter also, once kicking a wolf and sending it flying by simply swinging his leg backwards. He has action anime speed/jumping abilities/endurance.
Personality: Inazuma is an Okama which is an an effeminate/transexual gay.
As a man, Inazuma is serious, stoic, level-headed and calm, only showing emotions during critical moments or when something is happening to someone close to him. For example; in a span of a few seconds he went from being relieved at the idea of his commander being alright to panic when he saw that no they weren't.
As a woman, she is cheerful, warm and caring. She is also a bit more playful than her male-self, willing to tease someone or enjoy the idea of someone being singled out for simple teasing.
Considering here he won't be able to change his physical sex due to the lack of Ivankov, his female personality traits will start to show while being a male.
But no matter what s/he is extremely loyal and puts a lot of trust in the person he knows is in control. S/He will keep focused on the mission at hand and tends to state his opinion on the matter at hand- be it if someone is being rude or if it isn't good idea to recruit someone that might betray them. But in the end, he will listen to those he trusts even if it disagrees with his own ideas.
Also, he drinks wine. A lot. To the point that the only way he is seen sans glass of unspillable wine in his hand is when he is unconscious. Or here if he gets accepted.
History: Inazuma comes from a world that has one continent and the rest of the world being oceans, he (I assume he was a 'he' during this time due to Ivankav saying that he won't tell the original sexes of anyone in Level 5.5 and Inazuma has appeared as both a man and a woman) comes from the Ocean known as 'South Blue'. He eventually became a Revolutionary- a person who wanted to overthrow the World Government. Eventually, he was incarcerated and sent to the Maximum-Security prison known as 'Impel Down'. He was sent to the fifth level of it- The Freezing Hell- where only prisoners with a bounty of over 100,000,000 Beli (the currency of the One Piece world) are kept. Eventually he was freed by Emporio Ivankov- the Okama Queen and fellow Revolutionary. There he stayed down in Level 5.5 a hidden level in Impel Down called 'NewKama Land'. One day when walking in level 5 he stumbled across two men (well, one young man and an Okama: Luffy and Mr. 2 Bon Kurei) they had been watching and was asked for help. So he and Ivankov saved them, 10 hours and a sex change later Inazuma informed Bon Clay about everything going on and eventually went with Bon and the other Okamas to help cheer Luffy's recovering on. 10 hours and another sex change later, Ivankov decided they all should go help Luffy to save his brother, Ace.
He and the group fought their way down to Level Six, then to escape to help save Ace who had already been taken out of the Sixth level and going to his execution site. On his way to the top Level Inazuma fought hard and eventually got severely poisoned by the Chief Warden when trying to take him one-on-one. When the group was finally on a boat heading to where Ace was going to be executed, he was healed from the poisoning- not from Ivankov's healing abilities (which for curing the poison can take 10 years off one's lifespan) thought because it turns out that Inazuma is a key Revolutionary and shouldn't be pushing his lifespan. When the ship they were on crashed into Marineford and directly into battle, Inazuma stayed in Ivankov's hair (due to the Okama Queen having an unnaturally large head) like a gay little bird in a purple nest until near the end of the battle where he came out to help cut a pathway/bridge for Luffy to go to Ace. Soon after this, he and Ivankov were attacked and he ended up being injured once more. But it turns out he was alright, as next time we saw him, she was receiving transmissions from Dragon to deliver a message to Ivankov.
Roleplay Sample - Log: Inazuma would have to admit, even though he was imprisoned once more having only enjoyed a few hours of being a freed man this was still better than Impel Down. Well, Impel Down when you were not in level 5.5, but that didn't count. There was no 'baptismal' like the Jail's boiling water, there were no unique levels based off of the idea of hell and it had sectional couches. They made him think of level 5.5 due to the couches that seemed ideal for getting to know your fellow inmates/Newkamas.
He wanted to know why he was here, he wanted to know what happened to Luffy, and what happened to Iva-Sama. Were they brought here also? He sat down and crossed his legs trying to figure out what the next course of action should be considering the outer wall couldn't seem to be cut. Then he saw something out of the corner of his eye- an orange and white something much like his color theme. He picked it up then pulled his glasses up so he could look at it better. It was a technology of some sort, nothing like the Den-Den Mushi. He pushed a button and suddenly he noticed it was recording something. He made a mental note at that as he decided to start talking and hope someone is listening.
Roleplay Sample - Journal: Hello, I have just arrived here and have some questions to ask considering I have yet to see any jailers and besides a few items missing and a collar added nothing seems amiss.
If possible, could someone fill me in on the current situation and perhaps tell me the outcome of what happened at Marineford if they have heard the outcome?
