Korean Hip Hop Fusion...
You can guess which part of Korea this is from. My theory is bboy scenes in first world nations and countries heading in that direction are advanced because of of access to information and in many cases privilege of time ("freedom" to practice), extra cash (money for equipment, art scholarships) and what not. The last 3 to 5 years, the Korean Hip Hop and bboy scene has been on a come up, advancing in many "urban arts". Peep this clip, it's pretty fresh.
