Got back to the gym yesterday after a little time off for my Montreal excursion (although I did use the little weight room for a short trip while I was there).

I'm still being kind to my shoulders, so no presses of any kind, although I did do some rowing, and the compound row machine. Spent extra time on the bi/tri machines (3 sets), as well as the leg machines, and ab machines. Good albeit short0ish workout, but I think I hit everything I wanted to. Go Me.
