Iphi's wandering about the Mansion, being mopey (as she has been these past few days), when she sees a woman who is a stranger to her--and she looks nervous.

"You needn't fear much here, I don't think," she says, conveniently forgetting everything involving the Elves, hah. Naive princess is naive.

Melisande turns, face taking on a cast of haughty disdain. "Oh? And who might you be, who are so knowledgable?"

"I...I didn't claim to be, miss," she replies, backing away a bit. "I only meant to try to reassure you. I'm sorry if I've offended you."

She thinks Mel is a queen of some sort, hah.

Mel would very much like to be a Queen of some sort, and nearly was. Certainly has the arrogance of one. She relaxes, a little. "It is well. Who are you, however?"
