First of all, don't think you're being 'emo' at all. Lots of people go through stuff like this at some point in their lives. I did for sure.
All of the things Desmond mentioned are good things to get you out of the house, I think you should start thinking a little further than that too.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I got the impression, Spencer, that what you feel you're missing isn't stuff to do...it's purpose...meaning...direction.
My suggestion would be this...spend some serious time thinking about who you want to be, not what you want to do. Have you given any thought to what you want to spend the rest of your life doing? It doesn't necessarily have to be a career or anything, but just a direction. What kinds of personal goals do you have?
If you need someone to talk to about it, someone to bounce things off of, or just someone to listen to your thoughts, you've got loads of friends around you, including me, who'd be willing to help you.
Once you start to get an idea (any idea) of where you want to go and who you want to be, make sure you find one or two people you feel like you can trust and tell it to them. Explain things to them and ask them if they can help you. In setting goals, accountability is key, and just having a couple of friends who can just ask you how things are going every once in a while, keep talking to you about your goals and trying to help you find ways to get there will help you immensely.
By the way, just our of curiosity and because I really don't know...Did you graduate from college? What's your degree in?
Anyways, I applaud you, sir, for taking this step...for having enough courage to take a complete view of yourself and your life, and also for recognizing that it may be too difficult for you to handle on your own. Change can be very good...but it's rarely easy. I want you to know that you'll be in my prayers, Spencer, and I'm here if you should need me.
Keep going!! I promise you this won't last forever. =0D
