A couple of suggestions: 1.) Top of my list is getting your driver's license. 2.) Get a job, any job. While it may suck, earning money is always a good thing, and it at least gets you out of the house. 3.) Get into (or back into) a hobby. WoW is not a hobby. ;-) 4.) Martial arts. It gives you something to focus on and helps with esteem. I know of an introductary Shinkendo (Japanese swordsmanship) class that meets at 5:30 on Thursdays at the Flint Dojo. It's $90.00 for three months paid in advance or $40 per month. I can give you a ride this week, but you'd have to find a way there on other weeks. 5.) Just plain get out. Don't wait for friends to get a hold of you, be proactive and ask what your friends are doing. 6.) Look into philosophy and religion. I don't mean join a religion or start following a particular philosophy, but it will help expand your thinking. It might even give you a few ideas of how to change your life. Look into: Taoism; Buddhism, particularly Zen; there are a lot of good ideas there. 7.) If it's really bad, there's always therapy.
That's just a few ideas. I can tell you, it will not be easy. The walls that we build to protect ourselves are hard to break. But remember nothing worth doing will ever be easy, but when you are done and you are free of your bindings, you will look back upon it with a newfound strength and a purpose and say to yourself, I have accomplished much and nothing is beyond me.

Have dilligence.
