I have urgent news to report, Sir. I was discovered by the Quincy today. He confirmed your suspicions. His name is Ishida Ryuuken and he claims to be the father of Ishida Uryuu.
He is a very powerful subject. I am not sure whether you have discovered this before, but he is able to change the length of his bow. I am not sure whether or not he can change the shape and/or colour. I was not able to witness that.
I was unable to capture him. I apologize. He managed to wound me. If you had not been so brilliant in designing me, Mayuri-sama, he would have destroyed my powers as a shinigami. I managed to subdue him, but a strange man appeared. He seemed to be wearing a Captain's haori. I believe he may be a fugitive shinigami.
He is approximately 185 cm tall. He has dark hair that was standing straight up, dark eyes, and his jaw was very squared. He was not very well shaven. He wore what I suspect was a haori tied over his shoulder like a sash. He did not reveal his name to me, and I left shortly after he had arrived. I apologize, Mayuri-sama, but I wished to transfer the information on the Quincy to you and if he were really someone of Captain-level power, I would not have been able to defeat him and reclaim the Quincy.
