Thoughts for the day
Firstly, as I have said a few times, I need to get a regular RPG session going. GMing or even (shock horror) playing, I don't really care. Now I have a house and a car this shouldn't be too hard to organise should it. Oh yeah that's what I'm missing, people.
Secondly it would appear that the Daily mail readers have won and we can keep Imperial measurements. See I think the problem the pro-stupid-measuring-system crowd haven't quite grasped it that since the 70's kids have been taught metric. Eventually it'll be a moot point because they'll all be dead and we will finally get some sanity. And then we can mock the Americans even more.
Meanwhile I re-read Wild Cards and Aces High over the last few days. And we now have a working phone line and broadband, plus a bed with a really, really, really nice mattress.
