Baseball: Astros vs. A's
I've decided I'm going to work my way backwards for a time, posting pictures and words about the events of the past several months (I could play catch up clean back through to September 2012). Anyhow, a group of photos from tonight. Sam is playing machine pitch/8 year olds baseball this year - his first year in Longmont Baseball after two in Broomfield; and Jason is coaching with the help of some great dads of players on the team. It's been a fun season so far - making fast friends of parents and siblings on the team - and seeing the boys enjoy baseball together and improving with every game and practice. Tonight we enjoyed the boys loading up the bases a few times, getting some good defensive plays, and getting to play under the lights. Sam loved playing catcher the last two innings. Next 'late' game we need to bring long sleeved shirts to put on when it gets dark and also bug spray.
