So my friend flidais27 heard "Radar" by Britney Spears on the radio and immediately thought of Neal Caffrey. We both fell in love with the actor, Matthew Bomer, as Bryce Larkin in Chuck. We were just forced to dislike him because he was macking on Sarah when she is meant to be with Chuck. We face a similar dilemma with Brandon Routh as Daniel Shaw (*drool*), but I digress. So in jest I began mentioning other ridiculous songs that were good for Neal, and this is what our joint effort became.
