rain
It has been a full year since i have had rain like this. Yes. 12 months since I have been able to listen to the rain through the night and into the day. I love rain. I missed it. It didn't rain like this at site, or even when i visited friends. This is a good, hard rain. I can feel how much the earth has needed it. Y'all may know, I came from one drought, where we missed a rainy season, to an "extreme" drought, where we are again worried about our rain and water sources. Already my family conserves water, but we conserved more. But it is raining now. God does answer prayers.
