Winter Break
I'm back working at World Market for the winter break. I've done so for about 4 years now and I still really enjoy it. It is a great atmosphere to work in: basically a bunch of pot heads selling international crap and wine to people.
AFFC is a little dissappointing but only because I am so anxious to get back to my old favorite characters ... I'm sure that is everyone's complaint. Although I understand why GrrM did it this way. He is writing a very lengthy series and likes to kill people off so he has to introduce more characters to keep his style going. I'm just not in the mood to start a new book which is basically what this book is except its in the same setting.
I've been working at least 40 hours a week and haven't read as much as I'd like to say but at the very least I'm making money.
This is the first winter break that I haven't traveled internationally and its like I'm still waiting to leave. Its kind of depressing but at the same time I know I was lucky to travel all those times and shouldn't bitch.
Is anyone else dreading the hords of Christains at the Narnia movie?
