Title: My Yesterdays In Front Of Me Author: off_the_post18 Fandom: Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis Category: Alternate Universe, Hurt/Comfort, Angst, Drama, Slash Rating: Up to NC-17 Main Characters/Pairings: Evan Lorne, Cameron Mitchell, John Sheppard, Martouf, Paul Davis, Daniel Jackson, Rodney McKay, Evan/Cameron. Spoilers: All of SG-1 and SGA, including the two SG-1 movies, and the SGA audiobook “Impressions.” Warnings: Character Death (sort of)
Summary: When Cameron Mitchell wakes from what had begun as a routine mission, things are not exactly what they seem. He’s surrounded by people that he knows, but they aren’t the same people he left behind that morning when he’d stepped through the Stargate. And if things couldn’t be any worse, he can’t even talk to himself in this strange land…not because he never existed, which he did, but because his other self had died a year ago doing what he had been trained to do. For Evan Lorne, he’s finding that time and space can be a cruel mistress and wounds he thought had long healed, are as fresh as the day they happened. He isn’t sure he can go through this again; mend another broken, shattered heart while trying to keep a well-known secret hidden in the past where it belongs. All of this occurring as the two men are slowly pushed together, as Earth faces a threat that Cameron knows all too well.
Author’s Notes to Artist: Also includes- some random technobabble (McKay is a character after all,) a lovable German Shepherd, painting/drawing/artist talk, John Sheppard in glasses, a Harley Davidson, a non-Air Force Stargate program, somewhat graphic description of death (not overly, but still there…at least for the moment!)
