Comm Pimp: Stargateland!
Hey, you! Have you joined stargateland yet? Well, you should! It doesn't matter if you're a graphics person, a fic person, or someone who can't do either but loves Stargate! The comm works like most landcomms, complete with challenges that range from recognizing screen caps to creating fanmixes to writing a 'choose your own adventure' fic with your teammates! There are three teams (SG-1, Atlantis, & Universe) but they don't restrict you to that show (for example, I'm on Universe but I make SG-1 stuff all of the time).
In all seriousness, if you love any of the Stargates and miss the days of old when the fandom was really alive and kicking...sign up. It's a great way to re-experience the love that may have faded over time or been forgotten when new fandoms came along.
