at work
Last night I finally got my haircut. I had hoped to have it cut while I was in the Middle East. Small problem - women normally wear head scarves and the hairdressing places are just for men. (I did see some salons in the Christian quarters but I did not have time to go at that point.)
My hair before was all one length - now I have bangs! I brought in a picture of Donna from Dr. Who and asked the hairdresser to just my hair exactly like that. Daryl thinks I look 5 years younger now. :)
I'll take a picture and post it today or tomorrow. I also need to get up some of my Middle East photos.
Last night I watched "Jason X". Daryl was watching it for the first time, it was my 6th or 7th time seeing it. I love you Jason Voorhees - even in space. I've been wanting to make my own plushie Jason for years. I want to cuddle him!
I got a free digital camera with my Sony Mastercard points. It's a cute little pink one. I normally would not choose pink but Sony has a promotion to donate a portion to the Canadian Breast Cancer foundation. I love knowing I have an exciting package coming for me in the mail.
