"Rodney stay still! This is difficult enough to figure out without ye movin' about like tha'." Growled Carson trying to hold the man down long enough to get a proper look.
"Figure out? What's that meant to mean?" Demanded John looking on, concerned, from the sidelines.
"It means I've never done this before." Growled Carson, sending a glare to John before turning back to Rodney who was hauling him towards him by his collar.
"What do you mean you've never done this before?!" Yelled both Rodney and John, though it was Rodney's voice that continued to ring in Carson's ears.
"Well this isn't what I'd call a normal situation. How many people do you know who've done this? From Earth I mean."
"Heaps of people do this Carson." Replied John.
"Oh aye but not with two men alone." Said Carson now trying to get Rodney to ease back on to the pillows stacked on the bed. Rodney was beginning to complain again about how slow this whole thing was going and Carson was reaching the end of his patience.
"Carson why don't you just..."
"No, Colonal it might end up hurting him."
"But he's..."
"No!" John backed off quietly. It was always a bad idea to anger the person in charge of your health.
2 Hours later after much moaning, screaming and a few curses.
Carson returned as Rodney woke and quietly made his way to him and John who was sitting next to him watching him carefully.
"Here Rodney." Whispered Carson handing the small bundle he'd been carrying over to Rodney.
"Thanks, Carson." He said looking down at it. Carson nodded and left. John peered over at the bundle.
"Let's call her Lucy." He said watching the sleeping girl.
"There is no way you're naming her after what I just went through. We're naming her Annabell." Replied Rodny without even looking at John.
"Okay."
"Oh and by the way," Rodney whispered, "we are never having sex off world again."
