If you are here again, I would think it does matter.
You could always voice your displeasure to the mayoral office, but if what others are saying is true, it's doubtful anyone will listen. Unless, that is, you speak to others as displeased as yourself.
Which I'm guessing is most of the people in this city from outside the domes. Although, certain visitors here probably don't give a damn. I'll figure something out.
Anything really. I'm the cliche of having a thirst for knowledge. And when I was here last, there was only one door to one more world... But I don't really remember much.

In terms of displeasure? I would assume so. Many believe the mayoral election was rigged.
