I feel like I've been kicked in the head. Working over time on some of this research and reading so much is really killing me. I can't think straight.

But science doesn't stop for anyone.

I am determined to figure this out. Template is "back to normal" I suppose you can say. [Mutters some] At least my boss doesn't notice me any more ( Read more... )

needs more science, research gone wrong, research, science, headaches, needs more snackoos, scientific investigation

[Huh. You're strange. Staring at you. But not a Gant stare.]

[Have a return stare, complete with munching of something similar to snackoos.]

...Can I help you?

[Oshi - noticed! D: Attempts to look nonchalant.]

Just wondering what you're talking about.

[thinks about it.]

Scientifically speaking I am talking about how the entire city just started to ignore us again. Template seems to not want to make up it's mind now. Maybe I'm wrong, but there has to be something going on.

Though my research has been ruined. [MUNCH MUNCH MUNCH]

Does this world have a will too?

It's quite possible. The idea of the world as a whole having a spirit isn't a theory I have dabbled in quite yet. But in theory, every living being has a spirit and if we consider this world to be living then I suppose it has a will and a spirit.

Let's say Template has a will - then under that assumption it could have the ability to pick and choose it's own happenings and alter history.

However, the idea seems unlikely. With the very little research I have, this theory would be the most far fetched.

[He's quiet for a long moment. Does not want to be used as a tool again.]

I... hm. It's... maybe. I just got here about a week ago, so...

[Smiles some.]

It's an impossible theory anyway. There's hardly any way to test it.

[Small pause. Face? Please meet palm.] Oh geeze I've been rude. Here I am rambling and I haven't even introduced myself.

[Offers hand.] My name is Ema Skye.

[Stares at her hand. Does not shake.]

I'm Tsukasa.

[Eyebrow raise at the non-action. Pulls hand back awkwardly.]

It's a pleasure to meet you, Tsukasa. No last name? Or just prefer to not give that out?

No, no last name. I don't have one.

Well never the less it's a pleasure to meet you, Tsukasa. So you say you just arrived about a week or so ago?

Do you mind me asking you what your world is like?

[Looks around. Ninja!Skeith could be anywhere.] ... I don't know. It's just... a world. There's not much to talk about...

Really? [Sighs, looks like research has been stomped on for now.] Well that's a shame to hear I think. But I understand if you'd rather not talk about it...

Yeah.

[Sighs, adjusts hat.] Have you been here a long time?

A while, actually. I don't remember the month any more. But I am sure it's coming up to a year. [Tugs on her hair some.]
