Winter Romance (or something like that)
Rating: ~PG
Warnings: Nothing, really. Except it's my first time writing KinKi Kids instant cop out!, and as such Tsuyoshi seems like he's on something. :Db Let's just say he's on happy pills.
Pairing: Tsuyoshi/Koichi, or vice versa.
Summary: Tsuyoshi wants to live by the water, but he really just wants to spend time with Koichi.
Notes: Written for misosiru because she's been demanding I write her something every time we've talked over the past week or so, and also since the first time we've talked. Ffff.

Tsuyoshi wants a cabin by the sea. Well, maybe not a cabin necessarily, but he would love to live by the sea. Or a pond, or river. Definitely somewhere by, near, or on some sort of body of water. It was warmer by the water. Or, at least some places. Maybe he could move next to a hot spring. That would be nice, wouldn’t it? Especially compared to where he lived now. He shifts in his seat, rubbing his hands together. It had been getting warm in the past few days, but then a cold front had come along and things were freezing again. Maybe he should’ve just stayed home.

But that would’ve been a dick move. He had, after all, invited Koichi out to…something. Truthfully, Tsuyoshi didn’t have any plans at all as to what he wanted to do, but he just knew that he wanted to do something with Koichi. Something. Maybe see a movie. Or go shopping. Fishing? No, it was too cold for fishing.

Tsuyoshi, as it turns out, got so caught up into thinking of something to do with Koichi, didn’t even notice the other man walking up to the bench Tsuyoshi was seated on, not even noticing when Koichi sat down beside him. He did, however, notice when something soft hit him in the face.

Blinking, Tsuyoshi picked up the gloves Koichi had thrown at him. He turned to the man, who looked simply adorable in his jacket zipped up all the way and a pair of mittens with little pom-poms dangling from them. But he wouldn’t say that, because it would be embarrassing. Instead, he raised an eyebrow at the other, lips quirking into a smile. He opened his mouth to speak, but Koichi cut him off.

“I figured you would’ve forgotten gloves, so I brought you some,” Koichi stated, smiling cheerfully. Tsuyoshi blinked again, but he was grateful for the gloves, slipping them on without protest. “So,” Koichi starts. “What’re our plans?”

Tsuyoshi shifts uncomfortably. He still hadn’t come up with a plan, and now that Koichi was here his mind was totally blank. Asides from thoughts of how adorable Koichi was, of how nice his breath smelled, of how it felt nice, the way Koichi leaned his head on Tsuyoshi’s shoulder…

Wait. Koichi was leaning his head on Tsuyoshi’s shoulder.

He looked down at the man, who looked up at him, and Tsuyoshi could smell the peppermint Koichi was sucking on. Almost shyly, he wrapped his arm around Koichi, toying with strands of his hair. “I think…maybe we should just stay here and relax for a bit, don’t you?”

Koichi hummed in agreement, pulling out a bag of peppermints and offering them to Tsuyoshi. “I think it’d be a great change of pace,” he murmured, and Tsuyoshi nodded wordlessly.

The two sat there in a comfortable silence, and Tsuyoshi decided that moving next to the sea could wait, at least until he convinced Koichi to come with him. It wouldn’t take much, really. Maybe just a trip or two to the Nürburgring - Nordschleife race track, and things would be set. He grinned, or at least until Koichi elbowed him and said he looked like some sort of creepy pervert.
