12th Division have made a few minute alterations to the communications network. They are most probably far too subtle for any of you to appreciate. Sometimes I wonder why I bother...

I will be personally supervising the maintenance of some critical points of interest during the next few weeks. Consider this my warning to you all -- do not interfere in the business of 12th Division or suffer your own discomfort at my hands. I will not be held responsible for my actions in such a circumstance, and there is nobody in the position to stall the proceedings if I decide that your pitiful excuse for a brain needs upgrading in order to turn you into a useful member of Soul Society.

You have been duly warned.

Hitsugaya-taichou. I am expecting your attendance to the 12th Division without fail during the next month. If you do not come to me, I will come to you.

Vaizards:

As our guests, for the time being at least, you are required to be at least slightly respectful of your hosts. I realise that the concept of testing makes you uncomfortable, but you are masking your fear behind a thin veil of pride. Stop it immediately. My research is critically important, and you are only delaying the matter for your own self-interest.

That said, I am quite happy to come to some sort of agreement. Performance tests on living subjects is still a matter of scientific interest, and we may proceed from there as you grow more comfortable with my methods.

Do not delay my research further than you already have. Do not idolise me as a monster. I am a very busy man with a lot of work to do -- bring your problems with my methods to me.

Weekly research logs:

L00-S098987-L00-S099011: Vaccination with the L07-H0367 cells has resulted in unpleasant growths along the spinal vertebrae over 16 hours -- in larger doses, the skin has split within 5 hours, resulting in the death of the subject. In L00-S09898 and L00-S09899, the dose was so high that rupture was recorded within 36 minutes.
L07-H0367 continues to thrive despite having been deprived of oxygen for 4 days -- its lungs seem to have adapted flawlessly to the infusion of gases I provided, even though they would be lethal to any other creature.
L05-H1243 and L06-H822 are both showing signs of lethargy under the same conditions. Their bodies seem to lack the required adaptability that L07-H0367 is demonstrating.
