Of course. I assume you men an offer of compensation for ethical violations, not an offer of violations themselves. Can't see a huge take-up on that one.

I have another, less invasive offer for the populace, for a more basic data collection. I do not believe their should be any violations in the collection of blood, other fluids, and that which can be gleaned from a basic doctor's appointment, but.

Sure, I guess, but it's not like there's much you can do about stuff that's already happened. Even if you try to say to yourself it won't happen again, that doesn't count for much on the next curse that messes with us.

Though of course, most are likely exempt, considering the curse affects all citizens, whether they're inclined to those acts without impetus or not.
