This is just another fraud. Can you change 9 volts to 12 volts? Of course. Can you take a small battery and use its energy to charge larger batteries. Yes. Real motor generators are used to change or isolate the electric energy inserted to electrical energy outputted with different characteristic. AC to DC DC to AC one voltage/current to another voltage/current one frequency (Hz) to another frequency (Hz) Single phase to three phase. None of them create 'Free Energy".
