I learned something today, running then working out = good, working out and then running = bad.
I worked out with Scott and Jon tonight, we did arm stuff. Then I went to run, and was just tired as hell and my stomach started up on my early. Then I did a bunch of crunches.
Though I maybe shouldn't blame it all on the workout, I did drink a bunch of coke today at lunch. So there was the carbination issue, which I hear isn't good for running, plus I hardly ever drink soft drinks anymore.
