Snow!!
Hello, zombie sciathan_file here! AKA, I am back from the dead and hellbent on devouring your brains.
Not.
So, you know what doesn't mix with snow? A bunch of CA nerds. And by that I mean that sometimes, when chains are required, you get to go up and down the mountain twice. :) Also, we discovered someplace where you can eat pancakes bigger than your head.
In other adventure news, I got to go meet a whole bunch of authors who were attending World Con and hear one of my friend's stories about having a talk with George R. R. Martin for a half hour and thinking he was a crazy, old man. And I got to meet Patrick Rothfuss! (He is the author of an awesome book series called The Kingkiller Chronicles that begins with the awesome The Name of the Wind). I also gained some lovely book recs from a lot of people.
And writing. I need to do more writing. I haven't done that in a long, long time.
Also, how are all of you???
