Totally stolen for the ever lovely
aeternitasbeach!
Give me a pairing/(pair of) characters and a prompt, and I will write you a one sentence ficlet (or more, if it ends up going down that way...)
Usual fandoms apply. If you want something weird, ask and we'll see if I can make one sentence work. :D
Kyouya, tugging on his white coat in preparation for his consultation, looked over the patients charts, not even bothering to look at the name as was his custom. He tallied the relevant facts: SLEZ syndrome, on the correct medicine, normal routine check-up, transfer from another doctor. He, however, was quite shocked when he walked in to see a rather familiar figure sitting on his examination table. For a moment, Kyouya was taken aback and wondered if he had walked into the wrong examination room. However, at that moment, Suou Anna Sophia gave a small laugh and smiled at him in a manner that reminded Kyouya so forcibly of her son that Kyouya found himself relaxing unconsciously.
"I'm so sorry, Kyouya-san," she said in slightly accented Japanese, "but Haruhi-chan said that this is the best way to be able to meet you."
In another gesture reminiscent of Tamaki, she touched her index fingers together in a vaguely childish manner.
"You see, I have a question that Tamaki assured me that only you could answer."
Kyouya calculated all the possible topics that might emerge from this conversation: perhaps Tamaki had fallen ill and could not be convinced to see a doctor, perhaps...his thoughts were interrupted when Anne Sophia, her face the picture of earnest sincerity, asked, "Where is it that you can get a kotatsu made?"
:D Not so much Doctor-ish stuff going on, but it's fun for the one-liner! ^_^ (Also, totally haven't proofread, so probably glaring errors abound...)

also, Kyouya as a Doctor from DW would be honestly INTRIGUING.
(also, omg, I am totally running away with your prompt of Tamaki in a real host club! this might even turn into actual fic :O and if it has already been done, I need find it because the concept is so awesome!)

It was inconvenient, but rebuilding your crashed TARDIS took a good deal of influence and money. More inconvenient still, was the fact that he had regenerated as someone even younger than his eleventh form and this made hassling galactic megalomaniacs bent on domination more difficult that usual. At least, for once in his many regenerations, he found he was of a more taciturn fair.
Moreover, at the school where he was cultivating interest, he had found an entire club of aliens that he could pass the time with. Well, an entire club minus the president - one dense by surprisingly perceptive Suou Tamaki and someone who had stumbled in. It was surprising that so many alien inter-marriages had taken place in such elite families, however. There was a small Sweelouptafnan who communicated on the state of the earth through a rabbit shaped transmitter, his symbiotic android protector, and a set of Time Agents from the 31st century who used the narrow space of the club to practice the concept of brotherly love that was already prevalent in their own time stream, and the person who would get them back home once he could use this family's medical supply company to do the bio-organic research necessary to regrow the organic dimensional trans-manipulator on the TARDIS.
Although, when at long last he had decided to bring that idiot on board his magnificent TARDIS, his reaction had been different from all the other companions he had ever had...he clapped and asked cheerfully, "Kyouya, you are the Buddha!"
Haruhi however looked about and said pointedly, "You're an alien."
The Doctor smiled, pushed his glasses up his face, threw a switch on the TARDIS' console and merely said, "It took you a very long time to catch on."
:D *is shot* That may be the weirdest crossover I have EVER written. And Host!Tamaki has been in my brain forever (and I don't think anyone has ever ever written it!), but I haven't thought of a way to use him, so I shunted him off to you...I know, I'm terrible and EXCITED!

If there was a DW with Kyouya as the Doctor and Tamaki + Haruhi as his companions, I would be all over that so fast!
and Host!Tamaki - it is just so twisty and awesome that I don't even think I can fully wrap my head around the potential of it. However, damn you for somehow getting me reading up on (and being fascinated by) Japan's water trade industry, where water doesn't mean what you would think it means XD

Now you're going to make me research, aren't you?
