The saga goes on

I rang DHL and made a complaint, telling them about how I'd had 3 parcels left outside, 1 in the bin, 1 in the rain when it's a cardboard container marked Amazon etc. JD Williams (Home Shopping Direct) rang me back & explained that when Amazon send via DHL, DHL sometimes subcontract to them, and they're allowed to "Safe Place" these parcels. Hmm.

I'll get back on to Amazon & see what they have to say about this.
